Additionally, Tobias attended the "Hammer and Nails: A New Way to Plan Employee Development," "How Accessible Is Your E-Learning?," "Pep Up Your PowerPoints to Engage Learners," "Navigating the E-Learning Project Estimation Maze," and "Cultural Considerations in Online Learning" programs, presented by the Denver Metro E-Learning Developers (DMELD) group that Tobias cofounded.
